For the CLC folks, they probably know Tess from the 'old school' CLC speech team under direction of Mike Butterworth. Anyone else listening knows her as the comic book junkie - Murdock's Girl- on the numerous webboards she hangs out at while she should be working. Tess is getting money together for film school and writing her comic book, (which may just be the greatest American book ever) 'The Distance'.
